Dominican University’s Bachelor of Legal Studies Degree Program has been ranked 15th in the country by TheBestSchools.org, a leading resource for prospective students seeking a college or university degree. The ranking program weighs several factors such as academic excellence, course offerings, faculty strength and reputation.
Dominican’s fully online program offers an interdisciplinary approach exploring the American legal system from a wide range of perspectives, including economics, philosophy, theology and history. The program prepares students for careers as court administrators, legal assistants, law clerks, contract administrators and paralegals. Those individuals interested in careers as paralegals have the opportunity to take courses in specific areas such civil litigation, real estate law, estate planning, and preparation for law school.
Students in the Bachelor of Legal Studies Degree Program can finish the online degree in two years.
